When will my winnings be credited to real money and when to bonus money?

This depends on which balance you have won with:

With an active bonus, winnings won with real money will be credited to your real money balance, up to the amount of real money balance you had at the time you received the bonus. All winnings in excess of this amount will be booked as bonus money.
If you wager real money and bonus money in combination, the winnings will be credited to the real money and bonus money in the same proportion.
Winnings generated solely from wagering bonus money are credited in full to the bonus money.
